- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have used the services of this UPS Branch - 2540 since its inception and not once have I had to file a single complaint with the owner...who is a gentleman and an admirable professional devoted to insuring all customers are treated in the most expeditious and cordial manner. His staff are extremly friendly, most professional and always are prepared to assist with a most genuinely warm and friendly disposition. Any negative comments lodged against this store are greatly unwarranted and unfair. We as customers have grown to be accustomed to getting our way at the expense of company employess who are already under great pressure to satisfy every urgency simultaneously. Unfair, unjust! Let us remember the days of patience and order, and set aside the egocentricities and selfishness. Let us act with proper decorum, manners and class...and accept that you are not the only one being served or in a hurry! Florian, you are an invaluable asset and leader in our community and a model for other stores and competitors to follow!
