- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Recently assigned to a mediation I was involved in. Wasn't able to clearly communicate our position to the other side on two occasions. We felt she completely fumbled an otherwise productive day by not communicating key points in the manner of which we AGREED upon with her. Did she have an agenda or relationship with the other side? That's only something that can be speculated but it sure felt like it. Or perhaps she just wanted to fumble along to collect her $2,100 for essentially wasting everyone's time and not executing our thoughts to opposing counsel. Would it be wise for you to look for another mediator if she is assigned to a life changing case? #SMHBy Tim J. Schmidt, January 20, 2017
